Comprehensive nutritional
Analysis

The transformative program starts with our comprehensive nutritional questionnaire designed to uncover any nutritional deficiencies or hidden reasons behind your struggles. Knowing the root cause of your symptoms will determine how best to proceed. This is how your highly individualized program is devised - based on you, your goals, and your body’s unique needs. Being able to refer back to your initial symptom checklist throughout the program will ensure you are making progress.

Your individualized
program

Content delivery happens through ten private coaching sessions in a warm, supportive environment. These hour-long sessions take place weekly over three months with the occasional break. This allows you to implement recommendations made and encourage changes to become new habits before moving on. You set the pace of content delivery - you dictate how quickly or slowly we proceed based on your current abilities, lifestyle, cooking preferences, and needs.

Throughout your program, we address critical areas of health and wellness. The nutritional branch ensures you receive the necessary nutrients to support your conditions, symptoms, and goals. Lifestyle alterations further target your health and wellness goals. But what sets this program apart is the psychological piece. We consider how your self-image, past failures and successes, sense of worth, mindset, and behaviours hold you back. Then I coach you through understanding how all these factors play into your eating habits, addictions, and beliefs. The result is your ability to overcome blocks to uncover success and attain long-term health.
