  1. First you decide which meal-planning service is right for you
  2. Every Thursday, you will receive a weekly meal plan for the coming week delivered directly to your inbox allowing you enough time to shop for needed ingredients, and prep your meals for the week
  3. Each plan comes with at least 3 new breakfast recipes, 2 snack recipes and recipes for 4 main courses - which are all printer friendly!
  4. You also get a full grocery shopping list organized by section of the grocery store to make it quick and easy to shop
