Pumpkin Spice Latte

Serves 1 | 5 Min Prep
3 tbsp coconut milk
1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp pumpkin puree
½ tsp maple syrup or zero-calorie sweetener of choice (optional)
1 cup brewed coffee (decaf if preferred)
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until creamy.
